Return & Refund Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective item that the item defect was not caused by you, please contact us with the following information:
Order number for the item
Date of arrival
Condition of item at time of arrival
Photographic proof of defect
Whether you prefer a refund or replacement
You have 3 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it.
You will not be refunded if any damages, stains and malfunction, etc. are caused by improper use.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be returned in the original packaging.
Items purchased from dealers or resellers cannot be returned to us directly; they must be returned to their dealers or resellers in accordance with their return policy.
We will be responsible for paying the delivery costs for returning your item. Under some circumstances, for example but not limited to shipping origin outside Hong Kong, you may be charged for return shipping.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
